Product Manager, Customer Data Platform- Business Cards and Payments
Small businesses have unique spending needs; sometimes opportunities come along that require them to amp up their spending quickly, and they need solutions to help them succeed. But that can be risky for the lender -- how can we support our small businesses without adding undue risks for the company? That's where this team comes in: our team's products help our highest line Small Business customers spend what they need while still protecting the company from risk. We do this by using cutting edge technology, real-time data, and the ingenuity of a team of passionate product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to redefine how millions of customers interact with their money. In this role, you'll be an innovative leader who introduces exciting new products to market to meet the needs of our highest spending clients. You will own and continually evolve the financial document and data collection strategy to ensure our customers' financial position is strong and supports their potential growth and reduces risk to the business by enriching our case management system with insights and key data that drives efficiency gains for our business underwriting decisioning systems.

What you'll do:
- CDP Implementation: Working with various senior stakeholders, you'll work to implement a CDP that scales to support the broader organization by gathering requirements, writing clear user stories and working closing with engineers to bring a MVP to marketing quickly
-Data Integration and Activation: Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build robust data pipelines, enabling seamless integration of data from various sources, both internal and external
- CDP SME and Organizational Enablement: As CDP subject matter expert, bring forth a true understanding of both real-time streaming and batch data pipelines, their connection to downstream channels & streaming analytics. Provide training and support to internal teams and customers to maximize the value of the CDP
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Working with marketing and analytics stakeholders, you'll build a roadmap that supports the marketing agenda and foundational needs for a well-managed platform
- UAT Testing: Work with QA teams to develop testing strategy, and test plan, identify test cases and participate in UAT
- Platform Enhancements: Continuously identify opportunities to improve and expand CDP strategy, considering user feedback, industry trends, and business needs
The ideal candidate should:
- Have technical understanding of Marketing Automation tools
- Demonstrate experience solving complex problems with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrate experience developing a strategic roadmap that balances stakeholder intent and well-managed activities
- Demonstrate experience managing the day-to-day work for an engineering team
-Hands on experience implementing and/or maintaining a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to drive omni-channel marketing programs
- Experience working with marketing and/or marketing analytical teams with a solid understanding of marketing concepts (e.g. segmentation/targeting, digital channels)
- Experience working with and managing multiple technology vendors
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's Degree
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy into digital products
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management
