You'll make an impact by...
- Voice of Customer Research: Conduct comprehensive research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences within the patient monitoring sector.
-Business Model Development: Create and refine business models that align with company objectives and market demands.
- Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate the potential patient impact and financial opportunity of new medical device products.
- Product Requirements and Release: Define and document early product needs and requirements. Oversee the development and release of new products.
- KOL Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical field to gain insights and support for product development.
What you'll need (Required):
-Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience or
Master's Degree with 3 years of experience related to sales, marketing, and healthcare
- Must work onsite in our Irvine, CA office
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
- Proven track record in conducting market research and voice of customer studies.
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective business models.
- Experience in assessing market opportunities and developing product requirements.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and managing relationships with KOLs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $101,000 to $142,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
