The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok, and we're looking for teammates who are passionate about fostering best faith business practices toward our global audience.
Product Managers in Business Content Integrity will be part of an Integrity team, working alongside experts in engineering, data science, operations and policy to design ads content integrity products and strategies such as risk control strategies /moderation workflow and tools around business value and user experience to achieve integrity business targets.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems, goals and product solutions of TikTok ads Integrity that keeps our users from violating ads
- Design strategies that can better balance the goal of risk control and business growth
- Learn from users' feedback, case analysis and measurements to find new opportunities and find better metrics to measure our work
- Continuously incorporate cross-functional teams like RD/OP teams to design better moderation workflow to drive moderation and vertical business success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders
- 5+ years experience in product management, having launched at least one product from 0-1
- Experience building solutions addressing content quality or complicated product platform/system
- Experience building solutions based on artificial intelligence or machine learning
- Experience synthesizing data both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions
- Outstanding interpersonal skills communicating both in person and in writing
- Ability to influence without authority
- Intellectual humility, honesty and curiosity
