  Marketing Landing Experience's purpose is to provide our customers an experience that matches their intent, satisfies their needs and encourages them to progress through the booking journey with confidence. We try to deliver this experience at a minimal cost (whether free or paid) in a consistent & familiar way across web and app through our extraordinary performance marketing channels, and constantly building and improving hundreds of thousands of web pages & app screens by providing relevant content and various selection of properties, flights, cars, taxis, and attractions. The scope of this team will be primarily focused on app landing experience to drive app engagement.

  RESPONSIBLE Responsible for one product team including the short and long term roadmap for the product area Lead a product portfolio of new product launches and product optimisations Identify user needs through various methods of research (quantitative, qualitative, market research, benchmarking) Responsible for data analysis, experimentation, and reporting on their product to inspire changes and improvements to user experience Building of cases and supporting business models to be able to understand and explain the impact of team on the wider business Serve as the product team's primary contact for information, work prioritisation, and decision-making Works independently with support and coaching from senior and group product managers Responsible for selecting the right methodology for the product that is being developed given the stage of the product life cycle, by applying knowledge of the limitations and possibilities of the various product development methodologies Responsible for ensuring a high quality user experience with our products by applying technical awareness and understanding of technical risks Support and rationalise the chosen technical solutions and build a link between technical and non-technical collaborators by ensuring the technical feature development and strategy are scoped to satisfy the short and long terms needs of the business Actively participate in product networks and the craft community outside of their own track Supplying to the craft community and company wide efforts where needed (e.g. recruitment activity generating leads, doing phone interviews) B.SKILLED 3+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products Creativity and curiosity - A creative problem solver with a deep curiosity about our business and product Excellent degree of communication skills - Being able to effectively communicate both the strategic vision and specific details to various partners, from senior leadership to individual project members.
