　　The Acute Care & Sage Product Manager PEEI (Poland, Eastern Europe, and Israel) has an advanced level of responsibility and is looking to become a specialist within the Product Categories, to supports the strategic direction and the execution for the portfolio growth through internal and external initiative as part of the Annual Marketing Plan.

　　Essential duties & responsibilities:

　　Responsibility for multi-countries (Poland, Eastern Europe, and Israel), and for multi-product categories (Acute Care & Sage)Drive Annual Marketing Plan in alignment with all the internal stakeholders to achieve business objectivesDevelops, drives, and has ownership in local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results in accordance with the Annual Marketing PlanProvides support to Marketing managers in the development and sales support of segmentsPerforms sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentationsGathers internal and external market insights, learning trends etc. for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholdersDevelop and execute education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps and driving new product launches at local levelDevelops sales tools, customer engagement programs, events and drives marketing campaign executionWith support from Manager, allocates and manages the budget in alignment with strategic prioritiesProvide direct sales support in the field

　　Bachelor's degree requiredMBA preferred

　　Qualifications & experience:

　　4+ years of work experience required2+ years pharma/medical device or marketing/sales experience requiredFluent in Polish and EnglishExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
