  Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Product Manager to join a team within Computershare Investor Services.

  The Product Manager role operates within this division at a regional level, requiring close collaboration with other teams within the DPS Business and in addition; CTS Development & Support, Group Operations, DPS Contact Centre, Finance, Billing, Risk, Compliance and Legal.

  The Product Manger plays a key role in the Product Team supporting the Head of Product and wider product team in defining and proposing solutions, along with supporting the delivery and implementation of projects that enable The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to achieve its business objectives and meet our customers' needs more effectively.

  The role will work with internal stakeholders and our clients to define and deliver innovative solutions throughout The DPS.

  This role will be based in our Bristol office 2 days currently.

  A role you will love

  You will be responsible for the gathering and prioritising of product requirements, defining the product vision and will work closely with multiple teams to ensure the customer needs are met. The role holder will ensure the product supports the company's and business line's overall strategy and goals.

  Some key responsibilities:

  Define requirements (supported by the Business Analyst role) for agreed changes to products and effectively communicate these to stakeholders and the CTS Development function.Work with the CTS development team to breakdown requirements and agree scope of delivery.Effectively analyse data to assist the design, development, and implementation of process improvements to support the achievement of the strategic business objectives.Use market research for ideation, vision and strategy.Maintain effective change control of all Product Specification and Requirements documents, ensure stakeholder sign offs are achieved.Manage the delivery of features and functionality as detailed in the product roadmap through to launch.Co-ordinate an effective roll out of training material, user guides and any additional documentation that is required.Support the Head of Product to define and deliver the Product Vision and StrategyProvide clear updates on risks and support the risk management process.

  What will you bring to the role?

  You will demonstrate previous experience as a Product Manager or have a clear passion for the role.

  Other key skills required for the role include:

  Knowledge of agile development or working alongside development teams.Very strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships working closely with business stakeholders and technical stakeholders.Experience in requirement gathering.Exceptional attention to detail, specifically in relation to the processes and procedures carried out across the Business Line. Strong knowledge of the rental industry, specifically in relation to the processes and practices that support the operation of TDP Schemes across different jurisdictions (England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
