Broadridge is a rapidly growing global fintech leader and looking to hire a Product Manager to lead the Institutional Global Market Intelligence (GMI) Product.
As a Product Manager, you will be focused on delivering our market leading intelligence product to over 100 of the largest asset managers in the world, working closing with our technology team, product, and leadership to progress our development roadmap, and acting and an ambassador and SME for our Institutional Intelligence business.
You will join a motivated and fast paced global product team and work closely with stakeholders across the globe.
Job Responsibilities:
Product ManagementLead the quarterly update process, supporting the Engineering team with ETL, and overseeing QA to ensure on time on quality delivery.Liaise with clients to design data feeds to integrate into internal MI systems in partnership with GMI Operations and the DBAs.Help design custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations in GMI.Handling inbounds and queries, delivering creative analytical solutions to GMI Institutional clients.Relationship ManagementLeverage Institutional product expertise to expand relationships within clients.Support with the delivery of our Institutional analytics to Global clients, acting as our Institutional SME.Support client responses in partnership with the global client service, insights, and product team.Support the engineering team with consortium management.ProductDevelopmentForm partnerships with global clients to understand current and future needs.Continuous improvement of the Institutional datasets and Analytics, reducing undefined and improving quality (working closely with tech, DBAs, Opps and insights teams).Translating analytical and technological client requirements into our Technology, Operations, and product development functions.Key member in agile development teams, supporting design, execution and sprint management.Preferred Qualifications: University degree in Finance, Economics, Sciences, Engineering or similar is a benefitSkills/Competencies: Strong project management skills (agile experience an advantage)Strong client and relationship management skillsFinancial markets, preferable institutional investment experienceExperience working with software or technology solutionsStrong quantitative problem solving, analytical and excel skillsStrong data processing, ETL and QA skillsAbility to understand technical complexity and competence in data analysis. Good working knowledge of Excel, and ideally Tableau. Additional data skills (e.g. Access, SQL) are valuable but not essential.#LI-Hybrid
