Job Description As a Product Manager within the Global Product Solutions team, we are seeking an individual that is a self-starter, ready to learn and innovate, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
The right candidate will be able to combine successful product development experience with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills. This person will play a critical role in helping across a key strategic initiative focused on integrating and enhancing our commercial solutions into a modern and flexible platform. The role will require someone that is able to think strategically, provide strong project management skills, is detail oriented and able to identify & execute at a very tactical-level. The right candidate should be familiar with end-to-end product development and product management, including an ability to identify and document global market needs. The role will actively collaborate across multiple teams, including Technology, Risk, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and the regional product teams.
The role requires analytical, collaborative, strategic, and technical product skills. In addition, the role is required to develop a deep understanding of the VCS payment products and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and maintains a deep understanding of commercial payments environment, including strong Virtual Card strategies, priorities, market needs and integrating them into a product roadmap.
Understanding of development methodology and ability to define and document business features & requirements in a very clear, thorough, and detailed manner (e.g., Agile methodology, user stories).
Project management skills that can be applied across a range of projects, helping to maintain organization, tactical focus, effective, on-time execution. This will be inclusive of both technology / development initiatives as well as broader go-to-market planning.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to engage all levels of management and a range of teams – product, platform, technology, marketing, etc..
Responsible for producing product documentation including User Guides, Product Overview decks and training - materials.
Work with regional product, partnerships, implementation, and support teams in their relationships to collaborate with financial institutions and corporate clients serving as knowledge expert.
Displaying a high level of critical thinking and problem resolution for new and existing products
Operates with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices and should be well versed and experience using with agile processes and methodologies.
• The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams to implement and assess the operational impact of changes to processes/procedures.
• Strong ability to multi-task, organize, manage, and implement complex projects whether directly or through supervision of a designated Product Manager.
• Must have experience in presenting and communicating complex/detailed topics.
• Demonstrated expertise/power user in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 146,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
