Job Description Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) Global Cardable Product Commercialization Team has responsibility for ensuring adherence to Visa’s Go to Market and Product Lifecycle Management process across the full suite of Visa Commercial Solutions Cardable Products, including: development of product vision for Visa's commercial solutions, commercialization of new and enhanced products and services, pricing, and product engagement with issuing financial institutions and partners. The VCS team serves financial institutions and their downstream clients, fintechs, and other partners by providing payment products and services to small businesses and large and middle market corporate/multinational companies, governments and commercial supply chain/B2B segments. The Global Commercialization Team works collaboratively with the Product, Platform, Partnerships, Servicing, Technology and Commercial Sales Teams as well as other regions, ensuring prioritization of features, collaborative product development, successful delivery of solutions, alignment on market positioning and value across all functional areas globally.
The Product Manager is a key contributor, collaboratively working with global and regional product, sales, client services, marketing, and tech development to continually identify, analyze, and resolve constraints and challenges in defining and ensuring adherence to Visa’s Go To Market standards for successful product releases. Often creating internal and external-facing materials that both educate our sales and relationship management teams, as well as promote our solutions to our clients. Candidate should have experience in process improvement, proven project management skills, and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Candidate should have strong process, analytical, and operations management skills, with demonstrated experience facilitating the product development lifecycle in conjunction with technology partners utilizing Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Platform applications.
Essential Functions:
Work with Global Product Delivery teammates, Product Managers and the broader Large and Middle Market team to:
Manage our Global Product Client-Facing Roadmap, as well as region and client-facing roadmaps across the Visa Commercial Solutions teamAssist with quarterly planning, prioritization, and preparation of Quarterly Business Review materials Help drive adherence to product development prioritization, planning and execution standards using Jira Align Assist with Annual Operating Plan and Multi-year Strategic Outlook planning activities, ensuring focus on important trends, variances, and issues impacting the business.Lead the business tracking process, preparing material for leadership consumption such as monthly business reports, scorecards and other metricsAssist with development of robust business cases for initiatives in conjunction with Tech, Product, Finance and Strategy teamsFacilitate financial targets/goals supporting of the business unitsProduce presentations, key messaging and briefing materials for the team by communicating complex concepts in a simple, structured way to internal and external stakeholdersProvide very strong project management skills to manage key projects related to establishing, embedding and then deepening this team’s practice and capabilities.Collaborate with internal product, client services, and implementation teams to plan and ensure product delivery excellence using VCS’ Go To Market processesEnhance commercialization processes, build and maintain tools to increase organization productivity, improve cycle times, preserve audit project documentation, provide visibility and reporting at several management levelsSupport governance policies to help ensure smooth stakeholder alignment and approvalsHelp drive process improvements utilizing Jira Align, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power applications This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 3-5 years’ experience in product commercialization in commercial card payments or B2B payments industry
• Knowledgeable of software product development life cycle and optimizing for successful market delivery
• Quantitative skills to organize & structure data from disparate internal and external sources
• Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision-makers
• Strong writing, verbal, and project management skills.
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills and able to work independently in a matrixed environment
• Interpersonal skills demonstrated through past experience developing and growing internal, external and cross functional relationships
• Strong technical aptitude, including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Power Automate applications, SharePoint site development, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100.00 to 154,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
