Join our Futures team as a Product Manager 2. Intuit has a unique opportunity to lead the industry in solving the most painful financial problems small business owners and consumers face. By anticipating future customer needs and understanding external technology trends, our Futures team develops and incubates emerging technologies, user experiences, and capabilities that have the potential to be transformative to our customers, products, and business.
We're looking for a Product Manager 2 to join our intrapreneurial team. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibilities from spearheading to launching the next generation of customer experiences and capabilities for our current and future customers through cutting edge technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, and Augmented Reality. You will be part of a talented multi-disciplinary team of designers, engineers, data scientists, researchers and analysts incubating trajectory changing experiences and services for Intuit.
What you'll bring
2+ years of hands-on product management experience working and innovating with emerging technologies to deliver products, capabilities and/or experiences.Experience with application of AI to solve customer problems and familiarity with the AI/ML model development lifecycle and large language models are a plus.Passion for solving big customer problems through deep understanding of customer needs, market landscape and technology Demonstrated ability in recognizing, learning, and using new technologies to solve important customer problems.Strategic thinker and tactical executor, continually assessing prospective experiences, capabilities and products for desirability, feasibility and viability. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data, analytics and the voice of the customer.Comfortable with building and nurturing new to Intuit experiences and emerging technology capabilities to be embedded or scaled into core business products and servicesExperimental mindset, adept at qualitatively and quantitatively validating hypotheses, concepts and assumptions through rapid and iterative testing.Excellent verbal, written communication and relationship building Ability to communicate at all organizational levels.Curious and the proven ability to learn fast (from customers, cross-functional partners, technology and developers); Creativity and experience thinking outside the box to solve problems 0 - 1.Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead people on your team including engineers, data scientists, designers and researchers; and to collaborate with a variety of functions across the company including legal, privacy and platform teams.A self-starter; adaptable, persuasive, tenacious, perceptive and able to execute a well-developed plan.Undergraduate degree in business with specialization in technology, entrepreneurship, data science/analytics, innovation or finance; MBA or MS is a plus (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
How you will lead
Develop and define a flexible product strategy for emerging technology initiatives that can quickly adapt to changing market conditions and new information.Define and drive the initiative roadmap, detailing execution plans to capitalize on the possibilities of emerging technologies. Validate assumptions via rapid experimentation.Develop deep customer empathy, evaluate competitive landscape, define customer problems, customer benefits, and drive data-backed opportunity sizing based on customer impact and strategic relevance.Understand how technology shifts could impact current and future customers and how to harness the power of these technologies to build competitive durable advantage for Intuit.Collaborate and work across Intuit product teams such as Credit Karma, TurboTax and QuickBooks to understand their priorities and identify where emerging technologies can accelerate their innovation for business impact.Work closely with engineers, data scientists, designers and researchers on your team to develop secure and scalable capabilities to power next generation experiences.Anticipate and resolve strategic issues that slow the team's ability to deliver.Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success for emerging technology Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset and a bias toward action.
