　　Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a first level manager (Level K) for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Capability in Oklahoma City, OK. This leader will join the PLM management team supporting thesite.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Engineering Product Lifecycle.

　　Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

　　Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

　　Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

　　Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

　　This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

　　5+ years of experience with Configuration Management/Data Management.

　　3+ years of experience leading projects and individuals in Product Lifecycle Management tasks.

　　3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior management, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners.

　　Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

　　Currently hold an active secret level security clearance or have held such clearance within the last 24 months.

　　Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
