About the Job:
The Product Lead, Reporting & Insights is responsible for managing the product journey to source and deliver actionable insights to our restaurant managers and above store leaders. The overarching goal will be to enable restaurants to achieve optimal results that are aligned with the brand’s performance goals. In this role, you will marry the essence of traditional product management with a strong emphasis on both strategic direction and tactical project oversight. You will work with key partners across the organization and leverage agile product methodology to identify opportunities, develop requirements, and deliver solutions that provide incremental and measurable value to the business. You must be passionate about the 'how'—the methods of uniting teams, making informed decisions, and aligning analytics with business objectives.
This role provides the opportunity to excel in blending product metrics with testing to focus on what truly matters to the business, driving growth and articulating the rationale behind it. This individual will be adept at navigating complex decision-making balancing data-driven insights with emotional intelligence. The Product Lead, Reporting & Insights will report to the Sr. Manager of Technology Design.
The Day-to-Day:
Strategic Innovation: Help lead the charge to craft and refine our Reporting & Insights roadmap, aligning it with our core business objectives while leveraging synergies across our expansive product portfolio. Agile Leadership: Guide cross-functional squads through product discovery, effectively managing backlogs and driving coordinated efforts to ensure strategic and impactful business results. Customer-Centric Solutions: Engage in hands-on research, prototyping, testing, and design to develop solutions that resonate with our team members, solve business needs, and meet technical requirements. Collaborative Partnerships: Cultivate lasting connections with stakeholders, ensuring our initiatives stay in tune with organizational standards, growth trajectory, and architecture advancements. Technical Insight: Partner with Solution Architects, BI Developers, and Platform Leads to align business and technical requirements that result in the seamless and scalable delivery of insights to our restaurants. Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. At least 8+ years of proven success in developing and executing strategic digital product roadmaps with at least 2+ years working with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality, retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus. The ability to demonstrate a keen capability to analyze data, employing structured methodologies for problem-solving. Showcase exceptional communication skills, capable of steering stakeholder interactions and leading productive team discussions. Work-Hard, Play-Hard:
