What You Will Achieve
You will plan, oversee, and manage operational aspects of new product introductions, product transfer projects and ongoing improvement projects with significant regulatory impact. You will serve as a liaison between Project Team and Site Leadership, and with above-site stakeholders as the project requires. You will support our programs by managing the review of the status of the project, budget, schedules and preparing status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals. Where needed, you will lead renegotiations of project schedule or budget without sacrificing product quality or regulatory compliance.
As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of this discipline, you will work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Define project scope & deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.Lead projects, coach and motivate project team members, and manage own time to meet objectives.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.Forecast and plan resource requirements (people, financial and technology) for projects across the department. Communicate project requirements and milestones clearly to enable project resource forecasts and planning in other departments.Effectively communicate project plan, expectations, issues and mitigation strategies to project team, managers, site leadership, and above site stakeholders as needed.Manage and participate in projects and other activities for developing best practices or in support of operational imperatives.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have HS Diploma with ten years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with eight years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience; OR a Master's degree with more than three years of experience; OR a Ph.D. with 0-2 years of experience.Demonstrated experience in a project management capacity with cross functional team members.Experience with manufacturing environmentsPro-active and has a creative, entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute key projects in a team oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency with computer and software applications
Nice-to-Have
Specific experience managing pharmaceutical/technical/medical devices projects and/or clinical programsKnowledge of the workings of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and associated processesExperience in a cGMP manufacturing environmentProject Management degree or certificationExperience in consumer or customer facing rolesKnowledge and certification of operational excellence methodologies (Six Sigma and Lean etc.)Resilience and agility in conforming to shifting priorities and timelines

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,800.00 to $151,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
