The Product Enablement Specialist role is responsible for analyzing and processing new Filing Request Management System (FRMS) requests to add new/revised forms, rates, or rules into our policy issuance systems with defined rules of behavior and effective dates. In addition, the Product Enablement Specialist is responsible for updating and maintaining our Global Specialty Forms/Rates Library.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes Filing Request Management System (FRMS) requests for accuracy and completenessFollow up with business/product area for deficient/missing dataPrepares and accurately submits FRMS requests for new/revised forms, rates, and rules in a timely mannerAnalyzes Forms/Rate Library update requests for accuracy and completenessFollow up with the Product Enablement Team for deficient/missing dataWorks with the Product Enablement Team to accurately submit updates to the Form/Rate Library in a timely mannerRespond to ad hoc questions pertaining to FRMS and/or the Global Specialty Forms/Rate LibraryMaintains accurate recordsSupport Product Enablement with competitive product analysis and other product documentation
Qualifications:

This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in an office (Schaumburg, IL or Hartford, CT) three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$49,120 - $73,680
