About Product Enablement Manager

  NetApp Cloud Innovation Center TLV is where we develop state-of-the-art cloud native storage services (SaaS) for the world's leading cloud service providers, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.   Job Summary

  We are looking for an experienced Product Enablement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will:

  Work with sales, business development, and enablement leadership to create product and sales enablement content. Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders. Supports ongoing product releases by preparing relevant content and enablement activities. Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders. Build a trusted relationship with product, sales, and business development. Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams. Facilitate content creation and use with sales and the product team. Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.

  Job Requirements

  You have:

  At least 5 years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.A strong understanding of the sales environment. A strong technical background that allows the understanding of the subject matter and the creation and review of its related content. Able to build internal relationships with sales, product, and marketing. Excellent communication skills Fast learner, self-motivated, and highly driven. Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Superior organizational, time management, and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of the sales environment. A strong technical background that allows the understanding of the subject matter and the creation and review of its related content. Able to build internal relationships with sales, product, and marketing. Excellent communication skills Fast learner, self-motivated, and highly driven.
