　　Join the Intuit Futures team as a Product Design Strategist. Intuit has a unique opportunity to lead the industry in solving the most painful customer problems small business owners and consumers face. By anticipating future customer needs and understanding external technology trends, our Futures team develops and incubates emerging technologies, user experiences, and capabilities that have the potential to be transformative to our customers, products, and business. You will be part of a talented multi-disciplinary team of designers, technologists, engineers, data scientists, and other mixed methods researchers incubating trajectory changing experiences and services for Intuit.

　　What you'll bring

　　Minimum of 10 years of experience designing software products and working in fast-paced organizations

　　Masters or Bachelor Degree in Human Factors, HCI, Design or related fields (or equivalent work experience)

　　Ability to communicate quickly using design provocations, prototypes and sketches

　　Natural storyteller with the ability to craft and communicate compelling stories that add clarity and inspire passion in our mission

　　Excellent communication skills to help leaders better understand complex technical spaces where customer needs are not well defined

　　A strong design portfolio that has measurable results

　　Experience with designing solutions that incorporate AI, ML, data driven experiences and end to end user experiences for online or mobile apps

　　Ability to build and execute design research methodologies or user testing protocols in a rapid development environment

　　How you will lead

　　Discover new ways in which generative and predictive artificial intelligence can help accelerate product development cycle in our ecosystem via experimentation and customer validation, and assist in the establishment of the company’s design strategy for artificial intelligence

　　Seamlessly collaborate with engineers, data scientists, researchers, product managers and other partners to realize the potential of generative AI and data driven experiences

　　Work across business units with diverse customer needs and business challenges to identify the opportunities to drive the biggest impact for customer

　　Good understanding of the different emerging technology capabilities, stay on top of the different tech and consumer trends, and provide strong design strategy on how to look at future customer needs

　　Uses deep professional expertise in specific technical or domain areas to contribute to development of company priorities and achieves goals in creative and effective ways

　　Works on the most complex and unique issues

　　Acts independently to determine approach and process for new assignments. May manage the activities of other employees.

　　Applies long term thinking with respect to major design and technology choices

　　Leads through influence to promote changes in skills, approach and mindset needed for where the organization is going within their areas of technical expertise
