Overview
PepsiCo's Co-Innovation team, as part of the Digital Products and Services (DPS) organization, develops and leads the global co-innovation program across Strategy and Transformation's core priorities by collaborating with strategic technology partners to accelerate PepsiCo's digital transformation. The Product Delivery Office focuses on ensuring PepsiCo's digital solutions incorporate the best-in-class technologies at scale by defining effective frameworks, concepts, methods and tools to successfully deliver priority use cases. This role will partner with internal Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to support definition, implementation and adoption of a standardized, end-to-end delivery methodology.

Work collaboratively with, and support, the Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Scrum Masters across the Product Delivery Team and the broader DPS OrganizationEstablish and maintain S&T Delivery playbook(s), defining Azure DevOps configuration standards, providing clarity on program team interaction, and laying out the Checklist and Pre-requisites for successful delivery execution Audit in-flight programs to assess adherence to Global S&T standards and provide a targeted list of recommendations for the TPMs and Scrum Master to implementSupport the Product Delivery Office Lead by providing detailed program tracking for in-flight programs, defining, and implementing actions to improve delivery, and preparing materials for executive reviewPartner with key vendors to identify qualified external delivery resources, interview candidates, and onboardManage both up and down the personnel hierarchyAnalyze data and translate findings into meaningful consumer insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learnings from other projects/sourcesStay up to date with CPG and technology trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant meansDeliver timely, zero-defect execution of analysis, with minimal support. Leverage Excel and other quantitative tools for the analytical heavy lifting Clearly communicate the implications of the analysis to senior leadershipBuild convincing, persuasive, and logical storyboardsLeverage PowerPoint to create impactful, concise, and defect-free slide loops
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in either Business or Engineering (combination preferred)5-8 years of work experience, or 3-5 years of relevant experience either in CPG strategy organizations or with a Top-Tier consulting firm Credible PMO leader with proven track record for implementing and scaling frameworks, concepts, methods, tools, and processes across both sectors and functionsDemonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and deliver clear strategy and action plansAbility to anticipate organizational needs and proactively develop approaches / plans to address gapsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence senior and executive leadershipAbility to work in cross-functional team environments and matrixed organizationsDemonstrated ability to influence without authority, people management experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences effectively and concisely Demonstrates perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals. Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $115,000 - $197,500 based on a full-time schedule.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
