Job Description This role is a hyflex work arrangement: Approximately 1 day onsite per week in Red Wing, MN headquarters office, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week. Red Wing Shoe is seeking a Product Creation Coordinator to join the Product Creation team. This role serves as a key liaison between the Product Creation and Marketing teams at Red Wing Shoe Company. This role is responsible for enhancements and maintenance of essential product management tools, providing Go-to-Market support, and assisting with product data stewardship initiatives. Responsibilities: Ensures complete and accurate setup of new product data each new season: DMS, MDS, M3, Imports. Performs enhancements and maintenance of product management tools: LPT, NPD, Microsoft Lists, GTM Calendar. Contributes to routine Product Data Governance meetings - improving data quality and cross-functional ownership. Supports product data stewardship initiatives - cleanse, consolidate, define, and grow. Partner with Business Technology team to implement product data improvements. Compiles comprehensive product listing and format price lists. Issues style numbers for new products. Schedules Major Go-to-Market Milestones. Captures notes at weekly cross-functional meetings as needed. Contributes to applicable process improvement activities. Acts as key liaison between Product Creation and Marketing teams. Proofs marketing materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of experience and education; Experience using and maintaining information databases and creating spreadsheets and documents. Candidates should have excellent computer skills including the ability to update and maintain product databases and utilize the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver timely, accurate, and detailed results; Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines; Relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to get results through influence and collaboration; Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate using the most appropriate approach and messaging based on the audience; Ability to lead project teams to seek deliverables from start to finish.
