As a Product Consultant in the Solutions Delivery team, you will be participating in various implementation projects by supporting clients on our RESTful API's and or SOAP-API's, CRM Connectors and Excel Add-in products. You should possess both functional and technical capabilities, together with client-facing skills. In general, you will be expected to assist in performing tasks such as:
Client-facing requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with internal & external key stakeholdersWorking closely with the prospects & clients and provide feedback through relevant escalation channels to Product ManagementAssisting our clients to build technical API/Connectors interfaces to our ProductsConfiguring and/or customizing various workflows and process-related aspects of our API, CRM CRM Connectors and Excel AddinProviding best practices, consultancy and golden standard approaches to insure stability and proper usage of our APIsActively participating in enhancing our API/CRM Connectors/Addin suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of 'how-to' entries, etc.).Conversing with client technical resources as well as operational teams to articulate and translate business requirements into complexes technical API streams
Qualifications
Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree) required, preferably in finance or banking/computer technology; graduate/second-level (e.g. Master's/MBA) degree preferredRelevant SaaS implementation experience, preferably within a financial institution or financial software organization related to business intelligence & data analysisHands on experience working with RESTful API's and or SOAP API'sExperience with scripting preferably in HTML/CSS, Python and or JavaScript, is an advantageCapability to lead and participate in all phases of an implementation projectFirsthand experience with Market's standard CRM/ERP (Salesforce, MSD Dynamics)Experience with SAP systems such as S4Hana and/or SAP AribaStrong track record of excellent results delivered to internal or external clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good presentation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties.Basic understanding of Accounting concepts and/or Financial Instruments considered beneficial. Knowledge of corporate ownership is also beneficial.Fluency in English* Other European languages a plus
Annual base salary gross: €32,100.00- 51,300.00 Applicable to Slovakia candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
