Amazon is seeking an experienced Producer with an eye for delivering bar-raising content, from concept to completion to join the Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) team . This role is best suited for a well-seasoned video storyteller with skills gained from a professional background in broadcast journalism or brand storytelling in a marketing environment.
This Producer role is best fit for a creative leader that can work both independently and collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional business teams. The ideal candidate can pivot and evolve content needs in a fast-paced environment, and manage video deliverables with a highly skilled group of post-production collaborators. Organizational skills that involve multi-tasking, creating scalable and templatized processes is a must. Rockstars in this role must have a strong knowledge of all video production phases (i.e., scripting, on-set production, editing, review processes) to prioritize, communicate project milestones, and deliver against multiple, competing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
Developing, pitching, and writing creative briefs for content assets that will slot into pre-determined editorial calendars and live events
Owning end-to-end production efforts for video, live, animated, and graphic-based multimedia assets
Managing relationships with external production partners, negotiating project terms and pricing, and overseeing on-time delivery of contracted needs
Prioritizing and communicating status on multiple ongoing project requests via internal project management tools
Earning trust and collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners, including heads of content, fellow producers, program managers, product managers, and business leaders
Analyzing deployed content metrics to evaluate audience engagement, and make necessary future adjustments based on those findings
About the team
We’re Amazon’s Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) team. We support and advocate for Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) enable Amazon to deliver millions of packages per week, for retail customers all across the world.
The TPX team serves as a conduit between Amazon and these partners, communicating business critical information and program updates. This role will support communications efforts for both “community” types (DSP and AFP audiences) by driving production of bespoke, bar-raising multimedia content for a variety of platforms (digital community, live events, etc).

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent technical degree in Film Production
5+ years’ experience on a creative storytelling team in journalism, creative services or corporate marketing department
An available portfolio of previous work as a Story Producer
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite; specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere as well as camera equipment, and video production equipment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as relates to communications and collaboration
Passionate storyteller with ability to craft compelling stories by constructing narratives with disparate content
Verbal and written communications skills
Experience managing complex marketing workflows for content creation
Knowledge in technical production
Proven track record partnering with designers, producers, agencies, and content-creators
Ability to work across numerous projects with competing deadlines and effectively prioritize deliverables
Ability to develop and scale processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
