　　As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Support to Category Management Team Leader will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manages the daily performance of the delivery team, operational risks and issues and team performance;SPOC for Client on day-to-day activities;Contributes to the operational activities and acts as SME for complex process inquiries;Responsible of the quality of the service, the continuous improvement and the productivity delivered;Supports the Lead in management activities;Monitors RFx and Contract Management activity;Assigns projects within the team considering expertise and workload of team members;Monitors/Performs updates of support documentation;Perform weekly review with the team members of each group of categories to review status, updates, targets, challenges etc.Assists/supports BPO Buyers in day-to-day activities (process, escalation process, 4 eyes review etc.);Follow/monitor activities in scope, and reports volumes, workload, and quality to Lead and Service Delivery Lead.Onboarding and training (in line with training plan) of the BPO Buyers;SME access (onboarding; offboarding);Ensure customer satisfaction (collection, monitoring, reporting);Ensure recurrent reviews with categories.Day to day Quality management (RCA analysis, corrective measures).

　　Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;Expert level Orientation in Procurement processes;Sourcing to Contract skills;Negotiations skills;Indirect procurement experience;Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or Ariba or COUPA;Mandatory experience in BPO, Procurement operations and People management.
