We are seeking a transformational leader to manage our Early Career Development Program (ECDP) within the Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) organization, working in a virtual capacity. This program is a strategic enabler for talent acquisition and development across the ISC organization and will partner closely with leaders across ISC to attract, grow and cultivate our early career talent employees.
The ECDP is a program consisting of various rotations throughout the indirect portfolio designed to promote a diverse set of experiences and provide early career supply chain professionals with the tools, knowledge, growth, and ability to succeed in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director of the Center of Expertise within ISC.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the ECDP end to end from talent acquisition through various rotations resulting in placement of candidates within ISC category towers
Bring in the best of industry in terms of talent acquisition, retention strategies and talent pipeline development across the ISC organization
Ensure leading onboarding and training methods are developed/utilized and partner with leaders across ISC to curate a rotational experience that leverages candidate knowledge, integrated with organizational learning opportunities, to result in an engaged, effective and robust talent pipeline during and post-rotation
Lead employees from multiple Supply Chain and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to: the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvements, practicing Lean techniques to simplify processes and reduce waste, leverage new/existing technology to enhance the Source to Pay experience across Boeing, and work closely with key stakeholder organizations (i.e. Sustainability, Lean, Supplier Diversity, Legal, Compliance) to make our ISC organization simpler, faster and better
Work cross-functionally to support development and execution of various project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals for operations and the talent pipeline

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years experience in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance, contracts, etc.)
5+ years of experience leading projects
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior management, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
3+ years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher (business related field preferred)
5+ years of experience leading productivity and/or performance improvement efforts
5+ years of experience leading supplier/partner contract negotiations/management activities
3+ years of experience developing and executing talent management strategies in various capacities (people planning, recruiting, employee development, leading and mentoring, etc.)

Summary pay range: $102,850 - $159,850
