  About You

  Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and talented individual to be part of our Digital Strategy group under the Procurement COE team.

  You will make a difference by supporting the development of a future digital strategy for procurement, working in collaboration with Procurement teams and multiple areas across the organization, such as GBS, Logistics, Finance, Legal, DTS, etc to ensure that Procurement is operating at a best-in-class level. The procurement digital consultant actively participates in new implementations, is an expert, and becomes the process owner, driving automation, process efficiency, and maturity. Pro-active engagement within procurement teams and multiple functions to better understand their needs and opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation.

  Who you are?

  Graduate with a degree in economics, business, mathematics, or a related area; a2-3 years of continuous work experience in Procurement and Supply Chain leading projects of change and implementation.Related experience with IT or technology optimizations.Continues improvoment experience requieredBack experience with systems implementation projects.Nice to have people management experienceNice to know about the COUPA Tool

  What do you do?

  Responsible for identifying and leading automation opportunities, ensuring simplification and easy adoption Process owner for Sourcing to Contract, including Coupa CSO, Coupa CSS, Coupa PR creation, Contract Management tool (EtQ, Coupa, for ie), and any new capabilities that might be implemented from Sourcing to contractManage procurement system licenses, user s definition/roles/approvals, and supplier relationships (ie. Coupa, Ariba)Engage and participate in system testing implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements providing subject matter expertise across functionsWorks closely with the Project Aurora STP, GBS, and multiple areasLead continuous improvement efforts by constantly engaging within procurement teams across the regions, organizing/leading and facilitating workshops, working sessions, Kaizens or SPS to identify opportunities, help create and expedite solutions elevating business process modelEmbrace simple, leaner, faster design philosophy with a strong focus on business outcomesSolid communication skills to connect end-users, leadership, and the broader interconnect teamActively suggest communication ideas to its communication and change management partner offering an E2E vision and helping drive best-in-class performance
