Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to join our Supplier Performance team in Dallas, TX.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and have strong experience in collaboration, problem solving, and leading activities independently. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical in this role, as the successful candidate will need to coordinate with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders to meet business priorities. The position will require a strong understanding of or willingness to learn supply chain/supplier management processes and their impact on the aftermarket spares systems.
Position Responsibilities:
Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects. Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators. Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan. Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategies. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders. Develops risk mitigation plan.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (Dallas, TX).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or a Manufacturing environment1+ years of experience with data analytics and/or project management processes1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams5+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes3+ years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate:
Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Experienced:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Senior:
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Associate): $68,000 - $92,000
Summary Pay Range (Experienced): $81,600 - $110,400
Summary Pay Range (Senior): $100,300 - $135,700
