Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Procurement Agents to join the Government Training Systems team in Hazelwood, MO . The successful candidates will support procurement activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization. These positions act as authorized agents of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
These positions are hybrid. This means that the selected candidates will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location option (Hazelwood, MO). This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee .
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in procurement
3+ years of experience with contracts, negotiation, terms and conditions
3+ years of experience with non-competitive procurements
3+ years of experience with SAP and/or NWP (Networks Procurement)
3 + years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisitions Regulations)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in procurement
10+ years of experience with contract, negotiation, terms and conditions
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with process improvements
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Experience with building long term supplier relationships
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required
Experienced:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Senior:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Associate): $60,350 - $81,650
Summary Pay Range (Mid-Level): $74,800 - $101,200
Summary Pay Range (Senior): $95,200 - $128,800
