ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enter prospective client information into database
• Enter insurance applications into appropriate software systems
• Create and send email communication to clients
• Order and track scheduling of medical requirements
• Order and track fulfillment of medical records orders
• Follow up with clients and advisors for outstanding items
• Finalize insurance policies in the database and forward documentation to insurance companies
• Provide back-up phone support to Receptionist
• Filing
ANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
