In this role you will:
• Provides project leadership for the SAGE Processing Engineering team in support of critical processing systems
• Provide technical inputs to the SAGE Enterprise Processing Engineering lead, the SAGE Operations teams and SAGE Program leadership team
• Engineering (ENG) leadership to initiatives affecting processing activities within the OPS Division
• Technical Leadership and support to processing activities and system integration activities
• Technical Leadership of ENG anomaly and problem resolution processes across all missions
• Develop/Execute ENG Process Improvement Team investigations and initiatives
• Promote ENG process improvement, sharing, and synergy across all ENG activities/systems within SAGE
• Technical review, assessment, and reporting of engineering RFCs and Incident investigations
• Support the DR board review for the Processing ENG work off area and escalation process
• Technical assessment and status of critical ENG activities and milestones to leadership and Government customers
• Support to recurring Government technical forums and reviews (TRR/TRBs, ORRs, ORDs, OARs)
• ENG risk assessment and mitigation strategy development across all missions
• Support to SAGE Leadership, Engineering and OPS Division staff meetings
• Ensuring necessary ENG processes and procedures are in place
• Support to ENG leadership in the development of organizational goals and strategy
• Conduct system overview briefings in support of site training

Basic Qualifications:
• Mission Operations familiarity
• Experience with customer interaction
• Systems Engineering experience
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college,
or equivalent experience/combined education,
with professional experience and specialized
training commensurate with assignment
• TS SCI with CI Poly security clearance
REQUIRED to start

• System of systems integration and testing
• Remote Sensing/Data Processing
• Satellite system development or operations

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
