Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in leading implementations, delivery and change efforts with regards to management consulting, business strategy, extended workforce service procurement management, in the vendor management, procurement, or supply chain areas.
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and experience working with program management tools.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Effective leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced analytical skills to be able to extract insights from complex, disparate and often unstructured datasets.
Excellent communication skills.
gTech’s Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team enables Product Areas (PAs) to effectively and efficiently scale their extended workforce operations while managing risk. Our goal is to enable our businesses to make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations. Our partnership with teams across xWS and Google aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimizes administrative burden throughout the extended workforce process. We assist with planning and strategy, and provide tools to support PAs in managing their extended workforce infrastructure.
In this role, you will work with and lead the change management process and implementation of cross-functional initiatives and designed solutions created by the Extended Workforce Solution Design team. You will help lead the charge for all change management associated with internal extended workforce processes and external product area support and management.

Support implementation on concurrent, large scale initiatives from start to finish.
Influence large scale change management efforts across Alphabet, working with cross-functional teams to gather stakeholder information to create change management plans to minimize operational disruption.
Use data to show effectiveness of implementation, including customer satisfaction enhancements. Create and manage metrics reporting against targeted service level agreements, key process indicators, value drivers, cost drivers, risk drivers, etc.
Lead continuous improvement and re-engineering of processes and services to drive efficiencies and improve Google experience.
Enhance customer (PAs) experience when working throughout the lifecycle of an extended workforce member. Lead quality audit of the vendor performance to ensure compliance to processes, service level agreements, and policies.
