What is Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) and its’ purpose?
With increasing complexity of today’s eCommerce and rise of opportunities, the SAS Team aims to leverage the full potential of each Amazon selling partner. Our team provides in-depth strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to achieve commercial goals of our sellers. Our holistic service offering includes topics such as International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, B2B Sales, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building. In parallel to this strategic support, all selling partners integrated receive enhanced operational support by a separate team of operational experts.
What is the role of a PS Lead and its’ purpose?
As a PS Lead in SAS, you’ll be an essential part of innovating & transforming our processes. You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of new processes for our customers. You’ll also oversee processes that are already running and find ways to improve them. This is your opportunity to have a big impact on some of the most exciting new ideas that are shaping the future of Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
As a Process Specialist Lead:
a. You are a part of the Central Product Team and work within the Operations team.
You collaborate across SAS, Retail Business Services and Business teams to identify new and existing opportunities for process optimization and scalability, leveraging tech and streamlined procedures.
You define program requirements and drive team/partner to meet goals aligned with business objectives.
Process Excellence and Best Practices: Drive excellence in Selling Partner Experience through the offshored team. Contribute to the improvement of standardized processes, employing Kaizen principles. Build SOPs within SAS to enhance overall efficiency.
You forge partnership with business streams, crafting processes to adapt to evolving customer preferences and technological advancements.

Basic Qualifications
Graduate/Master’s degree in related field
Several years of experience in program / project / product management
Several years of experience working in Retail, Business environments, driving improvements that have resulted in measurable business impact.
Strong presentation and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders across a variety of groups throughout Amazon.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Retail & Marketplace
Experience managing cross-functional projects with a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations
Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools, processes, and decision support.
