Job Description
• According to the customer journey and in-depth understanding of customer needs, build robust sales business processes with cross teams’ collaborations.
• Keep benchmarking other OEMs’ best practices and improve/optimize process design
• Work close with all key business function stakeholders on process integrations; identify any missing gaps or interlocks and ensure a smooth process integration to support operation efficiency
• Ongoing interact with function stakeholders and collect process feedbacks and continue to enhance process design
• Closely work with digital teams on digital tools developments ., participate in the development of digital project portfolio management standards, the work/deliverables of each stage, review and approval mechanisms, and digital product approval processes and mechanisms, etc.
• Use PMO approach to manage the progress, communication, quality, change, and risk of the digital department's project portfolio
• Responsible for facilitating cross team and stakeholders on key milestone for digital tools signoffs and UAT testing
• Participate in user tests and ensure the digital tools meet business needs
• Jointly setup digital development tracking process and monitor the development process to ensure deliverables on time.
• Leverage from the front-line operational experiences, build an efficient and measurable operation process system. Compose SOPs such as operation guidance manuals, and operation standards book of core processes
• Other daily front-line management support related work and temporary matters assigned by superiors

• More than 10 years of sales operation and management experience work experience in Auto Industry, D2C model preferred.
• Have rich experiences in sales process design and iterations
• Prefer experiences in digital tool development projects with practical experience in project management, digital product management and PMO.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• With innovative and strategic, systematic and structured thinking.
• With rich business experience and high cross team collaboration and communication capability.
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills.
