Drive factory yield improvement to the best of result and improve productivity/capacity through new methodology and automation solutions. Lead Automation roadmap to enable factory of the future vision and IDM2.0.

The candidate is a performance driven, dedicated to excellence and deliver superior results through collaboration and diversity. The candidate is required to address some existing yield issues, explore opportunities of how to utilize new forms of data which is available to the organization and lead a team of Yield engineers to achieve these goals. Demonstrating the business acumen and courageously driving change align with the business objectives.
Existing issues:
SIMS data resides in many databases and roadmap to enable more efficient data mining is needed. There is also room to improve the current yield methodology, business process and data infrastructure for effective and efficient yield improvement. New opportunities to enable PIYL, Material Yield for the competitive product pricing strategy and process/system automation readiness for TMGf structure.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
