Description
Amazon currently seeks a creative, dynamic and experienced Process improvement Specialist to join the FBA Seller Coaching team to help remove obstacles and drive structural improvements to help minimizing Sellers defects driving Cost Savings while enhancing Seller Experience. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization.
Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2400 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Key job responsibilities
Define the roadmap to optimize and expand Seller Outreaches program including New Business opportunities and Geographic expansion to Chinese sellers
Work across Ops, BI and Business teams to drive (1) Continuous improvements and (2) Automation initiatives to support our strategic pillars on (a) Maximizing coaching opportunity; (b) Scaling coaching efficiency and (c) Driving excellence of coaching
Coordinate with Business Analyst and Tech team to develop dashboard / reporting to (a) drive visibility of internal team productivity performance; (b) deep dive into performance metrics
Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for operations and business improvements along the key Seller Coaching metrics, mainly focusing on cost savings opportunities.
Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly mechanisms to drive visibility on defect reduction initiatives and performance

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Statistics, Finance or similar field
5+ years of program and project management experience (ideally within the Supply Chain domain)
Sound business judgment with strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering programmatic change
Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Well versed in Excel and basic SQL Skills
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful in difficult situations

Six sigma certification or similar Continuous improvements standards
