We provide a variety of competitive, innovative, and reliable Record-to-Report services from maintaining financial records to financial closing and reporting.
We process, compile, and deliver relevant financial information covering Accounting & Closing, Commercial, Tax and Master Data Services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.
You’ll make a difference by:
· Support our team in the administration of internal and external lease documents in our corporate real estate management tool.
· Record and monitor change requests on space occupancy in all Siemens’ office and industrial sites.
· Process the periodic invoicing of real estate lease agreements and it’s respective monitoring; Execute the add-on invoicing of real estate variable services and it’s respective monitoring.
· Support our team delivering IFRS16 activities for Real Estate and Non-Real Estate Assets
· Participate in the preparation and delivery of reports, with accuracy and in a timely manner based on our partners’ needs.
· Support the team handling critical queries and providing accurate information to our real estate partners.
· Get to know the corporate real estate business and interfaces to enhance, harmonize and improve processes.
· Record and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP, with accuracy and in a timely manner.
· Perform the month-end and quarter-end closing routines, including but not limited to calculations of accruals, deferrals and real estate taxes.
· Keep abreast of changes in external accounting guidelines and foster the adoption of real estate’s accounting principles.
· Support our partners in the preparation of accurate and reliable financial statements and prepare highly automated data reconciliations.
· Create and deliver high quality, consistent and tailor-made reports in which our partners can rely on for effective decision-making processes.
· Leverage and adopt new technologies and reporting systems (e.g., SAP Hana, Tableau, Win shuttle) to automate reporting processes and deliver an increased value to our partners
Your success is grounded in:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields
· 2yrs – 5yrs experience.
· Knowledge on IFRS16 is a plus.
· Solid knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
· Fluency in English
· Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.
· Ability to work on a different time shift full time (Lisbon Time Zone)
