Join the Mizuho team as a Process Excellence Product Management Lead!
Mizuho is looking for a product management lead to join the Process Excellence team support Enterprise Applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the roadmap and delivery of multiple platforms in the Enterprise applications space. You will also be tasked with building out new standards and guidelines for product management to support best practices that will enable better engagement by stakeholders and ultimately enhance user experience.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of product managers and owners who are responsible for the development, delivery, and enhancement of various enterprise platforms and applications, such as ServiceNow, Apptio, SharePoint, Archer, as well as custom-built workflow applications.Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the portfolio of products and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.Establish and implement standards and guidelines for product management and ownership, including best practices, processes, methodologies, tools, and metrics.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior leadership, business units, customers, partners, vendors, and users, to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback, and to deliver value-added solutions that meet or exceed their requirements.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the product portfolio by identifying and evaluating new opportunities, technologies, trends, and user feedback.Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to retirement, ensuring quality, compliance, security, and user satisfaction.Oversee the product budget, resources, timeline, and risks, and report on the product performance, progress, and outcomes.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role.Proven track record of leading and delivering successful platforms, especially in the process space (i.g. ServiceNow, Apptio, SharePoint, Archer).Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders across the organization.Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and deliver results.Expertise in product management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as agile, scrum, lean, user-centered design, user research, user testing, prototyping, etc.Knowledge of the enterprise solutions market, industry, and competitors.Passion for creating user-friendly, innovative, and impactful products that solve real-world problems.
The expected base salary ranges from $190k-$300k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
