Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this involves responsibilities for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment. Implementing Solutions on Critical items to propose to the customers and to keep in good health the failure inventories of the repair or manufacturing process and to keep and increase the Technical knowledge and work with education department to develop or make planning to train the technical people.
What a typical day looks like: Coordinate strategies of debug the fail product of the test process.Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing and troubleshooting problems. (Failures of product, system malfunctions, incomplete test data, failure Analysis reports, new solutions, obsolete components data interpretation or coding issues).Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing, and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.Design of methods of failure analysis, testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.Analyze circuits and topologies to identify marginal issues or compatibility issues between components.Yield trend and pareto analysis to identify epidemic failures that required deeper analysis.Experience we're looking to add to our team:BA/BS or equivalent work experience.Experience with 3-strike processes with customer.Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.Strong electronics knowledge and experience with communication products.Knowledge and expertise receiving debug & test training, trips to resolves specific issues related with our customers.Knowledge and expertise RMA attending FR (Field Return).Technical meetings with design.Afternoon and night shift availability What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Competitive Salary.
