Enterprise Job Description:
Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions and MBB. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified. May be responsible for managing, training and developing associates on the team.
Required Skills: (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)
7 or more years relevant work experience assessing, analyzing and designing processes Experience with and strong knowledge of business process management methodologyStrong and effective communication and presentation skills; verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of Global Operations and/or workflow solutionsProficient in process analysis and target state designProcess map and journey development and design skills - intermediate VisioGood business judgement for risk/reward trade offsAbility to work independently and achieve resultsHighly organized and able to effectively multi-taskDemonstrated ability to establish relationships with partners, peers and leadersUndergraduate degree and/or relevant experience
Desired Skills:
Traditional industrial engineer experience in financial services or manufacturing preferredGraduate degree and/or certification in Industrial Engineering, Six Sigma or Business Process Management preferredKnowledge of workflow processes and toolsHigh-level knowledge of Agile methodologies; familiarity with JIRA a plusChange management or project management experience preferredComfortable navigating ambiguous situationsEnthusiastic, energetic, determined and positive - especially under pressure
