At Paysafe, we strive to continually improve our compliance framework to provide a best-in-class solution to serve our customers whilst improving our oversight and capabilities. We are looking for a candidate to join the Compliance technology team, reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance Technology.
The focus of the role will be to analyze and map our current operational processes and the systems used to support them. Once these processes have been mapped, the candidate will then be heavily involved with prioritization and optimization of the processes.
Working extremely closely with our Product, Engineering, Risk and other departments, the candidate will be expected to take the lead in meetings to identify and prioritize core issues based on clear and understandable metrics, focusing both on customer impact and operational efficiency.
What to expect:
Create process maps for all compliance related processesQuantify the customer impact and resource allocated to each processLead discovery meetings with relevant stakeholders to identify bottlenecksSuggest improved processes and system upgradesResearch third party tools for process improvementWork closely with product and engineering to convey clear requirements
To be successful you need to have:
Experience in process mapping with UMLExperience and understanding of Microservice design structureExperience with designing scalable systemsExperience in dealing with stakeholdersAbility to prioritise and work independentlyWorking knowledge of common project management tools (i.e. JIRA, Miro, Lucid charts)(preferred but not required) experience with compliance systems
