  Job description:

  The Master Black Belt will be responsible for Training and Coaching DFSS methodology:

  Key responsibilities:

  Mentor leadership team on strategies and application.

  Work with local management to plan, establish, prioritize and achieve goals.

  Manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.

  Coach/mentor the application of the methodology on new and existing products.

  Develop Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts.

  Effectively communicate across all levels including senior leadership.

  Challenge ideas, influence other and effect change.

  Required Skills

  Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an (ABET) accredited university. Industry recognized Master Black Belt Certification.

  Minimum 8 years of experience in project leading and coaching.

  Demonstrate experience by presenting projects and methodology.

  Highly motivated, Strong analytical skills required for problem solving.

  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  Strong ambitious work ethic

  Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  Minitab 18.
