What you'll achieve
As a Privacy Operations Senior Advisor you will focus on executing Dell's Data Subject Rights program and be responsible for oversight of the [email protected] mailbox as well as other activities in support of the overarching Dell Privacy mission and vision. You will collaborate cross-functionally, and assist in compliance with global privacy laws and regulations, Dell's privacy policies, standards, controls and procedures.
You will:
Manage and develop the [email protected] mailbox (internal and customer facing) and request portal to execute the intake of data subject rights requests, privacy complaints, questions, or potential incidents. Perform triage of incoming communication and responses.Draft and send customer-facing communications including request acknowledgement letters, identity validation requests, status updates, exemption and extension letters, and final responses to data subject rights requests.Collaborate with IT, Legal and other teams to facilitate the search for responsive documentation to Data Subject Rights requests. Facilitate, track and validate collection of data, determine document and data applicability to requests, identify exemptions, and apply requirements for disclosure.Maintain operational efficiency and proper program governance through process documentation, development of procedures and templates and continuous improvement of same.• Support privacy-relevant business processes including investigations into privacy complaints and potential incidents, privacy projects and reports.

Essential Requirements
Masters' Degree in Law5+ years of related experience in privacy operations, Data Subject Rights, data disclosure management or other compliance process implementation and managementData literacy and comfort engaging in technical conversations with IT professionals and engineersStrong organizational skills, ability to track tasks, prioritize and meet competing deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and drive results
Desirable Requirements
Privacy certifications (CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, FIP, CDPSE) and a passion and interest in the principles of privacyDirect experience implementing privacy regulatory compliance requirements in a for-profit setting (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and familiarity with common data subject rights and privacy operations technology and/or data investigation and analysis skills.
Salary starting from: 3 000 Euro/gross monthly
