Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Printer Fleet Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a client's printer fleet, providing solutions, and being customer-service oriented.
This team manages 2200 printers globally for their client, as well as the entire fleet, which includes the software built into the printers and the solutions attached to the printers. This team is a go-to for their client.
For UHC they do all of the print administration and print management.
Technical call with UHC everyday - servers,
We are managing printers for them but we also manage the ENTIRE fleet of print, so it's all the SW that goes into the printer, etc. So we have solutions attached to all of our printers and we're the administrator of those solutions, we are the go to for them. We have 2200 printers globally.
It's a very unique account for them - real estate activity where a lot of devices are moved around from clinics, pharmacies, so a lot of movement of the devices.
Interacting with UHC on a daily team call an hour this is at a minimum, taking Teams messages from different people
1 year contract to start, can extend up to 2 years, 100% likelihood to convert perm
Must Haves:
-Print background, managed print, deal with WJA, dealt with print ques
-Normal time zones, CST, right now everyone is in MN and we're working like 8-5ish
-Provide expert advice and guidance on printer fleet management to clients
-Implement and manage printer fleet management solutions
-Provide ongoing support to ensure client's printing needs are met
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Skills and Requirements
-A strong background in printer fleet management
-Preferably experience with Webjet Administrator
-Customer facing experience
-Experience managing print ques
-Experience with ServiceNow is preferable
-Must be okay working CST hours, 8am-5pm -Experience with Pharos Terminal Records
-Experience with JA Security Manager null
