As a Principal UX Researcher,
you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our products by leading
user experience research initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the
user research strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and
providing insights that inform product design and development.
Responsibilities:
Research Strategy: Develop and execute acomprehensive user research strategy that aligns with product goals and userneeds.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UXresearchers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Study Design: Plan, design, and conductuser studies, usability testing, and other research activities to gatheractionable insights.
Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative andquantitative data to derive meaningful conclusions and actionablerecommendations for product improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaboratewith product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user researchfindings into product development processes.
User Advocacy: Advocate for the user byensuring that their needs, behaviors, and preferences are at the forefront ofproduct decision-making.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industrytrends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research to driveinnovation within the organization.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years ofexperience in UX research with a focus on digital products and services.
Leadership Skills: Proven experienceleading and mentoring UX research teams, with a track record of fostering acollaborative and high-performing culture.
Methodological Expertise: Deep expertise ina variety of user research methods, including but not limited to usabilitytesting, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
Data Analysis Skills: Strong analyticalskills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from qualitative andquantitative data.
Communication: Excellent communicationskills, with the ability to present research findings and insights to diversestakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability toalign UX research initiatives with overall business and product strategy.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solvingskills and the ability to approach complex challenges with creativity andinnovation.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree inHuman-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
