The Workfront Professional Services group within Adobe ACS is responsible for providing superior implementation and integration services to ensure adoptability of the platform and customer success. The Systems Integration Consultant is a critical player in the customer journey as the Integration Consultant (IC) will act as the customer-facing, technical subject matter expert regarding 3rd party software integrations with Workfront and related Adobe platforms. The IC's primary objective is to increase the value of Workfront and Adobe products to our customers through integration of enterprise technologies and automation.
The IC will be called upon to assess integration needs/requirements, identify solutions, describe the integration process and capabilities, both during pre-sales and post-sales stages of the customer journey. The IC is also responsible for developing the integration solution (program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identifying necessary Workfront and auxiliary platform configurations to support the integration approach.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journeyLead technical discussions with customers throughout project deliveryPartner with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery and Front-Line Managers, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions for the customerOversee technical development and follow standard operating procedure documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party softwareTroubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutionsProvide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrationsData migration from existing and previous client tools & systemsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Development, Information Systems, or Business Technology Management5+ years of experience in client facing integration and/or implementation work (integration, software development, networking, operations, etc.)Proficient with DellBoomi or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desiredProficient Java, PHP, or Python; and JavaScript, HTML, and CSSFamiliarity with relational databases / SQLStrong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsProven experience in problem analysis and resolution of complex software problemsBasic networking, network security, and communications knowledgeAbility to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience managing technical projects in a customer-facing positionInnovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces changeStrong communication skills with the ability to convey complex or highly technical issues concisely and effectivelyAbility to create impactful presentations and industry standard diagrams to describe integration landscape, workflow, and translations.Ability to understand and communicate the customer's business objectives to internal team membersCustomer-focused with demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations regarding service levelsAbility to travel to customer sites to complete necessary implementation and integration workProactive self-starter requiring little supervisionExperience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environmentExperience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.)Experience working with 3rd party software integrations
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,200 -- $289,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
