Fidelity Wealth Technology is looking for a passionate systems analyst to build and support world-class product for its business-critical Digital Planning & Advice product area. Our engineering team is innovative, diverse, passionate, and self-driven. We work in a very dynamic agile environment.
The Purpose:
As a systems analyst on the team, you will be expected to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our applications including mobile and will work with the team to deliver best in class customer experience solutions for our pre-enrollment experiences. The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles.
The Expertise You Have:
8+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutionsProven experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systemsProven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in generalStrong understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management toolsProven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk and APIsProven experience with Agile development methodologiesDeep knowledge of scrum tools - Jira. AgileCraft experience desirableExcellent analytical skillsBachelor's Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline
