　　The System Test Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems through effective planning, coordination, and execution of system testing activities. This individual will work with a team of testers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish testing processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

　　Your Impact

　　You are expected to own the features/area quality, including test coverage, test efficiency, test plan, test execution, test failure triaging, and continuous improvement like customer bug RCAAnalyze the complex defects/issues, and provide guidance to isolate root cause found during and after software releaseWork closely with the engineering group, Product Management teams, UX, Doc, DevOps, Customer engineers, etc during product development from requirement to releaseOwn the feature quality, and become a go-to person for area/feature testing related activitiesTroubleshoot production issue in the sense of urgencyRoot cause analysis the production issues, come up with an improvement planYou will be driving the test design and strategy for high profit and priority featuresDesign and develop test plans and test strategies for complex new featuresHandle the complexity of Cloud platform and test data designEstimate the work effort, and keep the work on trackEffective with stakeholders if any challenges or risksYou need to design, implement and continuously improve on test automation efficiency and increase the testing team’s productivity.Follow with consistent test design methodology in developing testing automation Design, develop and maintain test automation tool/utilities involving in Backend & UIDefine, develop and maintain complex testbed environmentsHave the ability to build test automation frameworks, develop robust scripts that supports variety of reporting, troubleshoot failures, integrates with bug tracking systems and works easily with CI/CD for cloud-based productsMentoring and LeadershipProvide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture Qualifications Your Experience

　　9+ years experience in Enterprise software testingBachelor Degree in engineering in computer science or Information technology or relevant military experienceExperience in one of the programming language (Python is preferred)Experience in automation frameworks e.g Pytest & SeleniumExperience in automation framework design & building existing automation frameworksDesign & development test plansAnalyze complex defects and issues, identify root causes and provide automation solutionsWork closely with software developers in product defect diagnosisExperience in working on the product testing for distributed system and SaaS productExperience in testing products with microservices based architectureExperience in driving the test framework/tool building from stretch and continuous improvementsEffective communication skills, fluent both verbal and written in EnglishDesired experience in any of the Public cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) Additional Information The Team
