We are seeking an experienced Partner Planning/Team Productivity Leader to create and deliver a comprehensive and innovative productivity plan for the AWS Americas Partner Management team collaborating with Global Ops. This role focuses on Partner Categorization, Partner Maturity, Partner Coverage, and Productivity analysis leveraging the business intelligence tool to inform the Americas Partner Management leadership team to allocate resources and support for each partner, based on their stage.
The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, has experience in program management and has a deep analytics background. The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and has the foresight to anticipate business needs, make trade-offs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints.
The candidate must also be able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills as part of guiding consensus across the topics associated with headcount management and guiding the organization through adoption and change management. Maturity, excellent judgment, and the ability to influence are all essential to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate has broad technical skills, strong financial acumen, sales strategy experience, and a deep analytical background. Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of product or program management, sales operations, or business development experience
• 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
• Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree
• Demonstrated ability to create processes to scale operations in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience in implementing organization wide processes to improve efficiency of operations.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
• Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or other project/program management certification.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $237,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
