　　Principal Project Manager, Financial Services

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Working on medium to large-scale complex, cross-functional projectsDriving cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identifying risks and issues and mitigating or escalating as needed; managing complex up and downstream project impacts.Planning, designing, managing and executing project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.Leveraging problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentationConducting regular meetings with the project team. Documenting progress and reporting to stakeholders on project status.Partnering with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project deliveryForging relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitmentsCommunicating and facilitating effectively across diverse audiencesIdentifying risks and issues and mitigating or escalating as neededIdentifying ways to improve or streamline business processesFacilitating meetings and ensuring that project documentation is created and maintained in a well managed way

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree or Military ExperienceAt least 3 years of Project Management experienceAt least 1 year of experience presenting to Senior Leadership

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　4+ years of Project Management experience1+ year of Jira experiencePMP, Agile or Six Sigma certification
