As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in deepening and scaling Adobe Stock's go-to-market strategies. You will work on business growth opportunities and define priorities for our core customer segment. As a marketer, you have a customer-centric approach, are data driven, and have a love for crafting customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customers, exude ownership of the business and be able to demonstrate ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
What you'll do
Own the overall go-to-market strategy and success of the core business of Adobe Stock and International markets.Partner closely with product management on setting category and product strategy, as well as influence and refine short and long-term product roadmapDevelop deep knowledge of the business and be the expert in market trends, competitive landscape, and market growth driversBe a powerful storyteller with expertise on customer empathy, motivations, and pain points.Define the critical metrics for measuring success across core Adobe Stock product marketing activitiesLead cross-functionally to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM StrategyDefine a clear vision for the business and GTM strategy required to win in among growth drivers. This includes:
TAM, market share, competitive assessmentTarget audience definition and priorities, customer needsGrowth levers across product, GTM, geos, partnershipsPricing & PackagingMarketing strategyValue proposition and messagingDistribution strategies including partnerships and ecosystemEngagement strategy
Requirements
BA/BS degree preferred OR 10+ years of proven experience in product marketing, or go-to-market experience on a successful offering.Experience with Marketing strategy, Pricing and Packaging.Ambitious, self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor. Problem solver who can identify and set short and long term strategic prioritiesStrong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendationsCreative and nimble. You think on your feet, try new approaches and are willing to learn from your mistakes. You have the perseverance without the ego.Confident communicator. Ability to effectively communicate priorities and sophisticated ideas as well as influence across partners and organizations.Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with consistent track record to creatively problem-solve with a bias for action
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
