  Position Summary

  Adobe Mix Modeler is a unified marketing measurement solution built natively on top of Adobe Experience Platform. With Adobe Mix Modeler's powerful AI, marketing leaders can understand the impact of every marketing dollar spent across paid, earned, and owned channels so they can confidently plan and optimize marketing investments for the future.

  As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and scaling Adobe Mix Modeler's go-to-market strategies. You should be comfortable with a broad range of presentation types, from intimate 1:1 conversations with key decision makers to executive leadership updates to large webinars and conferences. We are looking for a marketer who takes a customer-centric approach to iterating on messaging, use cases, personas, pricing, salesplays, and go-to-market strategy.

  What You'll Do

  Develop and execute on go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Adobe Mix ModelerPartner closely with product management to develop product strategy and influence product roadmapCraft compelling marketing measurement thought leadership, including sales collateral, blog posts, webinars, and other high impact contentEngage with industry analysts and influencers to establish Adobe's leadership in the marketing measurement spaceMaintain an understanding of competitor solutions, especially strengths and weaknesses of eachDevelop authoritative understanding of market trends, challenges and innovations

  Required Skills and Background:

  10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management or a related field, with a strong background in enterprise softwareExceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiencesDeep understanding of marketing measurement landscapeAnalytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data to inform decisionsProven ability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic, matrixed environmentExcellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysisWorking knowledge of AI/ML and ability to discuss modeling in a way that both data scientists and marketers will appreciate

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

  In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
