Want to help enterprise customers accelerate their transition to AWS? In this role, you will work with enterprise customers to identify the challenges they face making a cloud transition, and work backwards to create unique and compelling new offerings that address these challenges. Key job responsibilities
• You will author vision documents for the Global Services Products and Offerings Team that help leadership evaluate the customer benefits and business potential of an innovative idea against the required effort.
• You will continue to refine authored ideas, work with diverse product and development teams to re-purpose or build required capabilities, define financial and pricing models, and work through the AWS launch and go to market process.
• You will participate in early business development and field enablement activities, and iterate quickly based on feedback from initial customers, after launch.
• You will transition ongoing product management to a primary business unit with the greatest interest and investment, and move on to the next innovation once ideas are successfully incubated, then move on to next innovation.
A day in the life
You will define, launch, and incubate new products and offerings that help enterprises accelerate their transition to the cloud. These innovations could be targeted to specific enterprise workloads (e.g. Generative Ai, Enterprise Resource Management, Contact Centers), or help de-risk large scale data center exits. In addition to building relationships with product leaders of each portfolio business unit, you will help develop Global Services product management standards, prioritized roadmaps, peer review proposed product ideas from across the business, participate in long term strategic planning, and identify opportunities to improve the unified value proposition and delivery of our existing Global Services capabilities.
