The Kuiper Business Solutions team owns a suite of products and services to operate and scale Kuiper. Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for the products that are critical to operate Kuiper; for example, Customer Support Agent and diagnostic tools to help identify customer issues, Field Service Management solutions, and, Internal Tools to support critical business functions to commercialize the Kuiper business. As the Principal Product Manager -Technical, you will own the product vision, strategy of the Internal Tools product suite and ensuring that it translates to a world class set of products that will delight our customers, stakeholders and partners.
Key job responsibilities
Kuiper Business Solutions Principal Product Manager -Technical will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the suite of products and services for Kuiper business operations, globally.
In this role, you will define and be responsible for success of our product portfolio for Kuiper business operations. You will work directly with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to define Kuiper service offerings via expertly crafted working backwards, business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables. You will work in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and must be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. The candidate must have clear business judgment, dive deep into data, have core writing skills and be comfortable leading executive-level reviews.

A day in the life
You will be part of a startup team that will tackle a broad set of greenfield problems and define the suite of products that will help Kuiper operate and scale. You will work with Engineering and Business Stakeholders on defining the roadmap for the suite of products necessary for Kuiper's operation. You will own solving this for multiple customer segments and building software that is flexible for many different customers and countries. You will create detailed product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific customer verticals including use case prioritization, feature definition and product roadmap. You will set the customer product strategy and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch.

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in industry and/or academia.
7+ years product management and/or business leadership experience within a telecommunications or technology company
7+ years of proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
